They are always looking for volunteers. This will help you get to know people and will also help you build the necessary experiences that you will need as a new graduate. I know you also have internship, while you're in college but the more the better. I will also suggest community healthcare facilities, as they might be willing to help out new graduate get a job. You might also try staffing company, since they're a little lenient on things. Just get out there and work wherever you get hired, it will also be helpful if you know people that own clinics since they will help you get hire without experiences, so knowing people is ideal.
